He served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Gallagher Benefit Administrators managing over 300 employees and a $20 million budget. At Centra Benefit Services, now a part of UMR, he was Vice President of Systems and Information Services and managed several major projects to completion including implementation of an RBRVS network re-pricing program and integrating EDI applications for receiving medical claims. Mr. Walton has also held executive level sales positions at Avidyn Health, Procare Rx, Acordia, and Penn General. In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Walton has participated in two start-up companies, one as a sole proprietor and another as a business partner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and has taught senior level undergraduate courses in Production and Operations Management for the University of Texas at Dallas.
Mr. Walton has held executive management positions in a variety of managed care organizations including Third Party Administrators (TPA’s), brokerage/consulting firms, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM’s) and care management.






Mr. Stroffolino has over 15 years of experience raising capital for a variety of business ventures including a significant role in capitalizing Best Practice Disease Management.
Mr. Sloan joined BPDM in June of 2010. He is responsible for the efficient routing and scheduling of Nurse Practitioner visits with patients as well as PCP office visits for medical chart reviews. He also manages all client member demographic data, interactions with the EMR, billing software, and our call management database.
